What happens when you stop taking Prozac

do not stop taking them cold turkey or adjust your dosage on your own! this can cause serious side effects and has led a few people to become violent/psychotic. call your dr.s office, speak to the nurse and tell her you are almost out. if that doesnt work go to a walk in clinic. bring your prescription bottle with you.

call the doctor is office and see if they can call in a prescription to your pharmacy. do not stop taking them!!! i had the same thing happen to me and it really sucked!

Check the bottle to see if you can get a refill. If not, call the office and ask for a refill. If they cannot refill ask if you can get samples until the doctor returns.

I take a similar medication and ran into the same problem.

yr mood might fall..u should slow down the intakes, take half instead of one pill so they will last and u wo not have a downfall,cause if u stop them directly it will be hard on u/

No there should be someone taking your Doctors place while he is on vacation call his exchange and find out who it is Prozac is a serious drug and you don''t want to self adjust your doses.

Phone your doctor is nurse, or phone your family doctor. Try to get your prescription. If you absolutely can not anywhere, then try to space it out slightly. But you should only ever come off medication under a doctor is watch. So try try try to get a refill.
