What's the difference between Prozac and Paxil

Both r SSRI Antidepressants. They accomplish the same thing in much the same way. The real difference is in how the patient responds to the medication. I did not respond well to Prozac a few years ago. I am now taking Paxil & doing well. Each individual person responds differently to each medication. It depends on ur chemical make-up as to which one will work best for ur individual needs.

I do not really know, but I know Paxil makes you gain weight.

completely different drugs that suit the same purpose, but they are not the same, i wouldnt mess with them you obviously dont know much about drugs legal or not
