I imagine if the issues that caused the need for prozac are still not fixed - you may be filling that need with food or drink.
You may also not be as active, perhaps?
It is possible that prozac could have dampened cravings, increased your metobolic rate

yes among other things , usally they ask you to taper off , til theres no effects
